We invite applications for contributed talks (of length 25 minutes) and for poster presentations. Please submit a title plus a one-page abstract until

| 24 September 2004 | for poster presentations. |
Contributions by Ph.D. students and junior postdocs are particulary encouraged.
If you want to participate only (without presentation) please also register until 24 September 2004.
RegistrationPlease send email to sfb386@stat.uni-muenchen.de (Ms. Iris Burger) and provide the following information (in addition to your personal data):
- If you apply for a talk or a poster, submit title and abstract. As the available slots for talks are fairly limited please indicate in your email whether you would be also interested in a poster presentation.
- Please state in your email whether you'd like to take part in the conference dinner on Thursday, October 7th.
Fees
| Students: | free |
| Postdocs: | 25 EUR |
| Senior scientists: | 50 EUR |
| Industry: | 100 EUR |
Please note that the fee includes the overall running costs of the conference and small refreshments such as coffee and cookies during the meeting, but does not cover lunch and dinner.
Payment
The conference fee is collected on site by Ms. Iris Burger. Please do not make any bank transfers to the SFB386 before arrival.
